Studio Rental Availability

The Studio is a large room attached to our home, Old Comfortable. It is a private place approached by its own stairway. It has its own key so it can be locked. The studio is equipped with cable TV, phone, linens, dishes, coffeemaker, and an under-the-counter refrigerator (there is no stove or kitchen sink). The working area includes a table for laptop or puzzle-making. This space is best suited for someone looking for accommodations with more personality than a motel room but short of a full-size house. The studio is suitable for one or two people. (If your group has more than two people, please consider our Guest House across the street.)

Reservations made for July and August require a minimum of 2 nights. The room is available year-round and has its own thermostat. Rates are $90/night plus sales tax. No pets or smoking please.

Guests are invited to share the ocean view from the crow's nest in front of Old Comfortable. There is also a public beach within walking distance and a public landing for launching a boat/kayak nearby.
