The Friendship Museum, Inc. was organized in 1964 to gather, organize and display all historical memorabilia pertaining to the fishing village of Friendship, its history, origin and the world known Friendship Sloop.

The museum is located in an old one-room brick schoolhouse a quarter of a mile north of the Friendship village at the corner of Route 220 and Martin Point Road.  Admission is free and visitors are welcome July 1st to Labor Day.  Hours are: Monday - Saturday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and Sunday 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
