| From Route 1 proceed south on Route 220 for 9-1/2 miles to Friendship. Turn right on Martin Point Road (by small red brick schoolhouse). Continue for 1.7 miles, past the pond on your right and ocean on the left, to Old Comfortable on your left. | |||||

From Route 1 proceed south on Route 97 to Friendship (approx. 10 miles). At intersection (Library on left) turn right onto Route 220 North. Proceed approximately 1/2 mile and turn left at Martin Point Road. Continue for 1.7 miles, past the pond on your right and ocean on the left, to Old Comfortable on your left. |
